Trainer Brett Hoebel designed RevAbs using many of the disciplines he's mastered, including most specifically the Brazilian art of capoeira. Check out this abdominal exercise from RevAbs, and check out the program for even more of Brett's cool moves. This is a 60-second move.
  1. Lie on your back. Bend your knees, with your feet flat on the floor. Bring your arms to your chest.
  2. Inhale deeply as you perform a sit-up, drawing your left knee into your chest and keeping your right foot flat on the floor. Keep your left foot flexed and your hands up, as shown.
  3. "Fire your abs" as you push your left leg out, leading with your heel. Sweep your right arm (bent) across your chest to "block." Your left arm extends left, "protecting" you from the left. Return to the starting position.
  4. Alternate, doing 8 Bençao Push Kick Sit-Ups on each side for a total of 16 reps.
Trainer Tip: This exercise is taken from capoeira—it's offense, defense, and all abs.
